On the 28th local time, Israeli sources said all ballot boxes in the
parliamentary election have been counted and Prime Minister Netanyahu's Likud
currently leads in valid votes and remains the largest party. Netanyahu's
right-wing bloc and the opposition bloc led by Gadi Eizenkot are deadlocked on
seat allocation, and no single bloc currently has a majority to form a
government. Tens of thousands of special ballots, including from soldiers and
diplomatic staff, remain to be counted, leaving final seat outcomes uncertain.
The Israel Central Elections Committee has not yet confirmed these reports.
