BOC raised its GDP growth forecasts to 1.0% for 2026 (July: 0.7%), 2.0% for 2027 (July: 1.8%) and 2.0% for 2028 (July: 1.8%). It projects average inflation at 2.9% in 2026 (July: 2.5%), 3.1% in 2027 (July: 2.0%) and 2.2% in 2028 (July: 2.1%).
