U.S. EIA crude inventories fell 1.892 mln barrels in the week to Oct. 23, versus an expected build of 0.015 mln and a prior draw of 3.06 mln barrels.

On the 28th in Beijing, Li Hongzhong, Politburo member and vice chair of the NPC Standing Committee, met a European Parliament International Trade Committee delegation led by chair Bernd Lange. Li said China-EU economic and trade ties are complementary and mutually beneficial and that, as comprehensive strategic partners, both sides can seek mutually advantageous solutions through equal dialogue.
