The company said new financing needs before May 2030 will be kept below $20 billion and reiterated a fiscal 2030 revenue target of $225 billion. Analyst Anurag Rana said the plan should ease concerns over heavy AI infrastructure spending in the next two years. Oracle shares rose as much as 13% intraday.
