Yushu Technology on Oct. 28 reported Q3 2026 revenue of 665 mln yuan, up 69.9% YoY; net profit attributable to shareholders was 113 mln yuan, down 17.4% YoY and nearly 50% QoQ. A company representative said the profit decline reflects increased R&D investment in computing power and large-model development, that the impact is a temporary single-quarter effect and controllable over a longer horizon, and that current R&D spending is funded by prior fundraising and will not be ramped up indiscriminately.

The U.S. added three Huada companies to a Xinjiang-related import‑restriction list. Huada Group issued a statement firmly denying any forced‑labor involvement and rejecting the allegations, saying the listing will not have a material impact on its operations. The company said R&D, production and commercial cooperation in China and other countries are continuing normally.
