The 10th Shanghai–Hong Kong financial cooperation working meeting was held in Shanghai on Oct. 30. Executive Deputy Director Li Junjie of the Shanghai Municipal Finance Committee Office and Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury Xu Zhengyu of the Hong Kong SAR attended, alongside representatives from regulators and financial market infrastructure on both sides. Participants discussed financial market connectivity, coordinated development of cross‑border and offshore financial services, joint development of financial product frameworks, and talent exchange and training. Delegates reached several agreements and set the next working meeting to be held in Hong Kong.
