Nov 1 — Hong Kong Financial Secretary Paul Chan said in a blog the government will publish a preliminary estimate of Q3 local GDP next Tuesday. Early signs indicate Q3 year-on-year growth will exceed market expectations and accelerate from Q2, driven by faster export growth and resilient domestic demand.
