Serbia's Election Commission said on Nov 1 re-votes were held at 53 polling stations in Belgrade, the northern border city of Subotica and elsewhere, with voting open from 07:00 to 20:00 local time. About 25,000 registered voters were eligible, roughly 0.38% of the country's 6.45 million registered electorate. The commission said the re-vote is not expected to alter the parliamentary majority secured by the student-led Student List - Students Win.

Recent reports say Meta partnered with Chinese robot maker Fourier to build a humanoid prototype in about three months and is already developing a second version. The robot, internally called Max, weighs roughly 48 kg and is intended for internal research and experiments. Meta robotics VP Li‑Chen Miller reportedly spent nearly two months at Fourier’s Shanghai factory. Fourier founder and CEO Gu Jie said it was not convenient to comment.
