NXP has notified distributors it will raise prices on certain distribution and
direct-supply product lines effective Jan 1, 2027, citing higher raw materials,
energy, labor, logistics and upstream supplier costs. Some distributors advise
customers with confirmed project demand to place orders early to lock costs and
avoid the adjustment.
