CSRC vice chairman Li Chao told the 2026 International Financial Leaders
Investment Summit the regulator will implement the state’s 15th Five-Year Plan
deployment and press ahead with the new National Nine Measures and the
capital-market '1+N' policy framework. The push will use comprehensive
capital-market reform to boost institutional inclusiveness and adaptability,
rely on stricter law-based supervision as a safeguard, accelerate a new round of
market reform and opening, and strengthen the capital market’s
investment–financing coordination.
