ADANI, controlled by Gautam Adani, is seeking about $1.5 billion in loans to fund its data‑center expansion, sources said. The AdaniConneX JV with EdgeConneX is negotiating offshore financing with DBS Group, First Abu Dhabi Bank and MUFG. ADANI plans roughly $100 billion of investment in data centers and other digital infrastructure by 2035, leveraging its energy business. Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries plans up to $110 billion over the next seven years for AI‑related infrastructure.
