Guangdong province will accelerate large-scale commercial deployment of 5G-A
mobile networks and advance deployment and application of 10‑gigabit optical
networks to comprehensively deepen dual‑gigabit coverage. The province’s
consumption-expansion plan backs upgrading offline retail
infrastructure—supporting equipment renewal at qualifying shopping complexes,
malls, department stores and large supermarkets—and promotes investment in
logistics infrastructure, including national logistics hubs, national backbone
cold‑chain bases, county-level distribution centers and township courier
stations to strengthen a county–town–village three‑tier logistics delivery
system. The plan also supports modernization of public parking, EV charging and
highway service-area facilities.
