On Nov. 3 at the 2026 International Financial Leaders Investment Summit, CSRC
vice chairman Li Chao said the regulator will tighten monitoring and
market-stabilization mechanisms to safeguard smooth capital-market functioning
and consolidate the foundations of market stability. The CSRC will deepen the
institutional ecosystem for long-term capital to steadily raise the scale and
share of long-term funds entering the market, accelerate a new round of
capital-market reform and opening, and improve market functions to better
coordinate investment and financing.
