Shanghai Composite +0.10%, Shenzhen Composite Index +1.19%, STAR 50 +1.68%. Combined turnover on Shanghai and Shenzhen topped 2.1 tln yuan; more than 4,800 stocks advanced. Photovoltaic equipment and precious metals led gains; compute-hardware names spiked then pulled back; cinema chains were active in the afternoon. Coal and bank stocks underperformed.
