Shanghai copper front-month contract fell 2.00% intraday to 104,190 yuan/ton; international copper front-month contract dropped 2,000 yuan intraday to 92,850 yuan/ton, down 2.11%.

At the morning close, China's main futures contracts were mostly lower: propylene fell more than 4% and plastics nearly 4%; LPG, polypropylene, benzene, eggs and Shanghai tin declined over 3%; the polypropylene monthly-average contract slipped more than 2%. On the upside, apples rose nearly 5%, coke gained roughly 3%; low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) and red dates advanced over 2%; Shanghai nickel, rapeseed meal, coking coal, glass and lithium carbonate were up more than 1%.

At the close, NYMEX December WTI futures rose $2.40 to $90.52 a barrel, up 2.72%. ICE January Brent futures rose $3.67 to $98.29 a barrel, up 3.88%.
