The Russian government on Friday issued a decree setting mineral fertilizer
export quota at 18.8 mln tonnes for Dec 2026-May 2027, down from 20.0 mln tonnes
for Jun-Nov 2026. The nitrogen quota is 11.3 mln tonnes and the
compound-fertilizer quota 7.5 mln tonnes. The government said the quota is
intended to ensure adequate domestic fertilizer supply.
