have revised the Mandatory Clauses of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Hong Kong
Stock Connect Transaction Risk Disclosure, effective Nov. 16, 2026. Revisions
update Clause 37 on distributions of Stock Connect securities and Clause 15 on
half-day trading-day settlement arrangements to reflect Hong Kong’s switch to a
paperless securities market from Nov. 16, 2026 and the planned introduction of
half-day trading-day settlement service from Feb. 5, 2027.
