The US government on Friday released a stronger-than-expected jobs report,
prompting traders to raise bets that the Federal Reserve will hike in December.
Unemployment edged down to 4.1% and nonfarm payrolls rose 165,000, roughly
double economists' forecasts. Fed funds futures now price about an 80% chance of
a 25bp December rate increase, up from roughly 75% before the report.
