President Trump renewed accusations that Democrats have issued 'unprecedented'
and 'completely illegal' threats against Republican donors and party members,
and urged those affected to report incidents immediately to the Department of
Justice or to him personally. He said alleged perpetrators should face legal
liability, including imprisonment, and urged the Senate, DOJ and House to act,
warning the Senate should not be pressured to avoid Republican electoral losses
or 'more serious consequences.'
