Mythos, according to sources. A draft executive action under development may
revise earlier restrictions and enable broader government use, with agencies
including the Pentagon and NSA already using Anthropic models under existing
terms. Officials recently met CEO Dario Amodei, while consultations with
industry are ongoing. The move follows earlier limits tied to disputes over
