Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said he would “gladly” join President Donald Trump on an
upcoming visit to China if invited, calling it “a great honor to represent the
United States.” Huang’s comments came after reports that the White House was
considering inviting him and other technology executives to accompany Trump for
talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Blackstone CEO Steve Schwarzman and
Citigroup CEO Jane Fraser are already expected to attend the summit. The meeting
is set to proceed despite concerns among Chinese officials about holding
high-level talks before the Iran conflict is resolved.
