SpaceX filed publicly for an initial public offering on Nasdaq under the ticker SPCX, advancing what could become the world’s largest-ever IPO. The company is targeting as much as $75 billion in the offering at a valuation above $2 trillion, according to people familiar with the matter, surpassing Saudi Aramco’s record $29.4 billion IPO in 2019. Led by Elon Musk, SpaceX generates revenue from rocket launches and its Starlink satellite business.
