Three liquefied natural gas tankers appear to have crossed the Strait of Hormuz in recent days as suppliers in Qatar and the UAE sought to resume exports despite severe disruption in the waterway. The Al Rayyan, carrying Qatari LNG, was tracked north of Muscat and is heading to China after halting signal transmissions near Ras Laffan in May, according to Bloomberg ship-tracking data. Another vessel, the Fuwairit, also resumed transmitting after partially crossing Hormuz and is now bound for Pakistan. The vessels are linked to Japanese shipping firms Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha and Mitsui OSK Lines Ltd..
