Shenzhen, May 28, 2026 — At the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s 2026 Global Investors Conference, CSRC Vice Chairman Liu Haoling said in remarks that since the 2023 implementation of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Overseas Securities Issuance and Listing by Domestic Enterprises, filing management for overseas listings has been overall stable and orderly. He said that as of April 2026 the CSRC has completed filings for 418 domestic companies’ initial overseas securities issuance and listing applications, and that the commission supports enterprises in making good use of both markets and two types of resources.
