The company said it disclosed on Dec. 9, 2025 (Announcement No. 2025-051) that
Chairman Chen You had been placed under custody by the Supervisory Commission of
Leping City, Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province. Today the company received a Notice
of Release From Custody issued by the Supervisory Commission of Leping City,
Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province and has lifted the custody of Chen. Chen will
return to the company to resume normal duties, and the company and its
subsidiaries report that business operations are normal.
