Alibaba Cloud said on May 28 that Alibaba Qoder has launched Cloud Agents, a fully managed AI-agent runtime platform providing an agent foundation, model services and runtime environment to deliver full-stack agent capabilities. Enterprises can invoke the Agents directly via API to give applications and business systems a “brain” and “hands”, and Alibaba Cloud said agent go-live time has been shortened from one month to one day.

He said China is willing to work with the U.S. to implement the important consensus between the two heads of state and to take concrete actions to bring the "constructive strategic stability relationship" into effect as soon as possible, and expressed hope that attendees would make active efforts and help build broader social consensus.
