Goldman Sachs said in a report it cut Kuaishou (01024.HK) PT by 5.4%, to HK$60 from HK$74, and maintained a "Buy" rating. The bank lowered its revenue forecasts for 2026–2028 by 2%–0% and trimmed 2026–2028 net profit estimates by 4%–7% to reflect the company’s additional AI-related investments. Kuaishou’s reported Q1 2026 results were broadly in line with expectations: core advertising revenue rose 9% YoY, but operating profit fell 15%, weighed by AI investment and other factors. A highlight was Kuaishou unit Keling, whose annual recurring revenue (ARR) as of end-March approached US$500 mln and which sustained growth momentum into Q2 2026. Goldman said Kuaishou, as a stable, steadily growing major video platform, has buybacks/dividends totaling close to 4%, which should support the current share price; Keling’s ARR surge and any potential spin-off could alter Kuaishou’s overall strategic trajectory.

On May 28, combined turnover on the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets totaled CNY 2.968151 trillion, down CNY 270.411 billion from the previous trading day. Shanghai turnover was CNY 1.361326 trillion (previous session CNY 1.473449 trillion), with volume of 621 million lots (previous 660 million lots). Shenzhen turnover was CNY 1.606825 trillion (previous CNY 1.765113 trillion), with volume of 748 million lots (previous 816 million lots). Top turnover stock was Zhongji Xuchuang at CNY 32.912 billion, followed by GigaDevice at CNY 30.24 billion, FOXCONN INDUSTRIAL at CNY 26.438 billion, SMIC at CNY 24.822 billion and Xinyisheng at CNY 23.798 billion.
