China's integrated circuit exports rose to $72.47 bln in Q1, up 77.5% YoY, with memory product exports at $45.99 bln, up 174.2% YoY. A logistics firm said memory-related export orders have doubled this year and single shipments valued above 100 mln yuan have increased materially.
