China published a technical standard for procurement intelligent agents (AIIA/T 0299-2026), titled Enterprise Management Software Intelligence Technology and Application Requirements — Part 1: Procurement Intelligent Agent. The spec was jointly led by the China AI Industry Development Alliance (AIIA) Software Intelligence C.BANK, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and China Electronics Cloud Computing Technology Co., with drafting participation from Unicom Sof

The spec was jointly led by the China AI Industry Development Alliance (AIIA) Software Intelligence C.BANK, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and China Electronics Cloud Computing Technology Co., with drafting participation from Unicom Software Research Institute, iFlytek, Xingyun Digital Technology, China Southern Airlines Digital & Intelligence, Kunlun Bank, China Mobile, China Railway Materials and the China Electric Power Research Institute. CHINA FOREIGN MINISTER told the Friends of Global Governance meeting at UN headquarters in New York on the 28th that members have coalesced around five consensuses: advance democratization of international relations so all states, regardless of size or wealth, may choose systems and development paths and participate, decide and benefit equally in global governance; uphold the UN Charter and ensure equal, uniform application of international law and rules, opposing double standards and imposition; defend the UN’s central role by practising multilateralism, strengthening multilateral mechanisms and opposing unilateralism and power politics; reform and improve global governance to narrow the North‑South gap, share development gains and leave no country behind; and focus on practical problems, delivering concrete, visible outcomes to let global governance withstand scrutiny over time.
