possible deal as 'half‑true' and an attempt to manufacture a false victory. The
draft agreement, prepared as 'reciprocal commitments', is reportedly in the
final stage of Iran’s domestic approval process but not finalized. Fars said
Trump raised issues inconsistent with the draft and claimed he would immediately
'lift the blockade'.
