State Grid Corp. chairman Zhang Zhigang and general manager Zhang Wenfeng met
May 29 with China Southern Power Grid chairman Qian Chaoyang at State Grid
headquarters. The two operators agreed to deepen cooperation under the 15th
Five-Year Plan to bolster energy security, accelerate the energy transition and
advance high-quality power-sector development via intensified technology
innovation, policy input, institutional reform, power-market development and
industrial innovation.
