NVIDIA (NVDA.O): TSMC (TSM.N) is using NVIDIA's CUDA-X libraries and AI models to accelerate workloads on NVIDIA GPUs.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs says mechanized wheat harvesting in China has accelerated; 76.13 mln mu (≈5.08 mln ha) — 22.44% of the crop — has been harvested. The Huang-Huai-Hai main-production region has moved into large-scale harvesting after a recent dry, sunny window. Provincial progress: Anhui over 35%, Henan over 25%, Shaanxi just over 10%, Jiangsu near 10%; Shanxi shows only scattered harvests, while Hubei and Sichuan are finishing residual harvesting.

Shenzhen recorded 10,079 primary and secondary residential transactions in May, up 11.4% MoM and 28.4% YoY — first month above 10,000 in nearly 14 months. Primary home web-signed contracts (presale + immediate-sale) totaled 4,545 units, +33.6% MoM and +43.7% YoY; presale contracts 2,819 units (+52.9% MoM, +37.2% YoY), immediate-sale contracts 1,726 (+10.9% MoM, +55.8% YoY). Secondary-home transfers were 5,534 units, -1.9% MoM and +18.1% YoY. Although secondary volume fell MoM, core districts posted double-digit MoM gains — Futian +12%, Nanshan +17.1% — indicating recent measures are supporting demand in core areas.
