Tianjin opened a municipal-level AI sensor industrial park on May 31. The first
10 firms signed on and the park inked multiple cooperation agreements covering
industry innovation platforms, industry-education integration and financial
support. Positioned as a Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei AI sensor cluster benchmark,
phase one comprises 20 purpose-built buildings for the sensor industry, due for
delivery in June 2027; phases two and three will add about 70,000 sq m of
additional space, co-general manager Guo Huajian said.
