The Israel Defense Forces said that after air-raid sirens were triggered across northern Israel a suspicious aerial target was detected. The incident has ended with no casualties. Several missiles were launched from Lebanon into Israeli territory; some were intercepted and others fell in open areas.

Chinese Vice President Han Zheng met Brazil's foreign minister Vieira in Beijing. Han said China views the China–Brazil relationship from a strategic, long-term perspective and will work with Brazil to implement leaders' consensus and deepen high-level strategic cooperation, leveraging mechanisms such as the China‑Brazil High‑Level Commission to push bilateral ties toward higher technology content, greater added value and stronger strategic orientation. Vieira said political trust has strengthened, that multilateralism faces unprecedented pressure, and Brazil is willing to use the High‑Level Commission to coordinate and deepen cooperation across fields.

NIO delivered 37,705 vehicles in May, up 62.3% YoY; Jan–May deliveries totaled 150,526, up 68.7% YoY.
