Iranian state TV reported that on the 1st a social-media account linked to the
IRGC intelligence arm posted that crossing Iran’s red lines on Lebanon and Gaza
would amount to launching a direct war against Iran’s national security and
allied Islamic Resistance forces. The post said Iran is determined to carry out
defensive actions, including measures that break existing rules and frameworks
and the opening of new fronts, while maintaining the current posture in the
Strait of Hormuz.
