Market sources: Russia's security service warned officials not to discuss classified information by phone or in nearby areas.

On June 1 several banks' mobile apps, including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), showed a 'bond' entry in personal pension sections. A joint notice from China's Ministry of Finance and the PBOC states that institutions should, from June 2026, begin offering personal-pension savings treasury bonds (electronic).
