Leningrad Oblast governor Alexander Drozdenko said on June 3 the region was
struck by a drone attack early that day and air defenses have shot down 50
drones. Counter-drone operations are ongoing and a drone-threat alert has been
issued for the oblast's airspace; officials warned mobile network speeds may
decline. St. Petersburg declared a drone threat and Pulkovo Airport has imposed
flight restrictions.
