Iran's foreign ministry condemned US strikes on an Iranian tanker and a telecom
tower on Qeshm Island, saying the actions violated the April 8 ceasefire and the
UN Charter. Tehran accused Kuwait and Bahrain of direct responsibility for last
night's aggression and warned any state that allows an aggressor to use its
land, sea, airspace or facilities to carry out or support military action
against Iran would violate international law and UN General Assembly resolution
3314 and will be treated as committing aggression. Iran said it will use all
available means to resist aggression, including striking the sources of attacks.
