On the 3rd at the National Assembly, French prime minister Lecornu said Israel should stop military operations in Lebanon and end its illegal occupation, saying continued fighting in Lebanon "has no justification" and that undermining an already fragile ceasefire "is unacceptable." He said the Lebanon issue directly affects ongoing U.S.-Iran talks.

China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said at a June 4 briefing that Washington's long-term unilateral blockade and sanctions have severely hurt Cuba's economy and livelihoods. China firmly supports Cuba's protection of its sovereignty and security, opposes external interference, and urged the US to heed international calls and immediately end the blockade, sanctions and coercive pressure.
