The SASAC Information Center has issued a notice launching a trusted data-space pilot in the central SOE domain, with an auto-aftermarket digital-intelligence pilot overseen by China Zhongjian (operated by China Automotive Engineering Research Institute) and co-led by Changan, State Grid and China Telecom. The one-year pilot will concentrate on two market-focused scenarios: intelligent-driving insurance liability determination, and charging-safety warnings with early battery-risk screening.

On June 3 U.S. Southern Command said Joint Task Force Spear of the South conducted a kinetic strike on a vessel operated by an organization designated as a terrorist group. Intelligence, the command said, confirmed the ship was transiting a known drug‑trafficking route in the eastern Pacific and participating in narcotics smuggling. Two male suspects described by the command as drug terrorists were killed. No U.S. personnel were injured.
