Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources published its
2026 fifth-round planned supply list for commercial residential land: four
parcels totaling about 16 hectares and roughly 230,000 sq m GFA, slated for
near-term supply. All sites are adjacent to rail stations to boost station-city
integration and are distributed across central urban, multi-node and
ecological-conservation zones; two plots in Shijingshan, one in Fangshan and one
in Mentougou.
