Feedback has been issued to the applicants. 2026 national medical insurance drug-list submissions are now open; under the trial Pre-communication Method, drugs from the first two batches whose applicants dispute the pre-communication and who apply in the 2026 adjustment will have reference-drug status determined during the adjustment’s comprehensive review, and the comprehensive review decision will prevail.
