South Korea's KOSPI extended its rebound, trimming intraday losses to below 5% after an earlier near-9% decline.

Armenia held parliamentary elections on the 7th, with voters choosing at least 101 MPs from 18 parties and party alliances. Voting took place at 2,005 polling stations; more than 2.48 million voters were registered. Polling ran from 08:00 to 20:00 local time. The Central Election Commission will release preliminary counts within 24 hours and final results within a week. The new parliament will elect the next prime minister.
