The Israeli military told Channel 12 it has not conducted additional strikes against Iran since this morning and denied reports of ongoing attacks on Tehran and other locations; it also rejected claims that senior Iranian officials, including an IRGC commander, had been assassinated.

N12 reported Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich will urge the security cabinet to focus Israeli responses on Lebanon instead of Iran, arguing that whenever Iran fires a missile Israel should destroy dozens of buildings in Beirut’s Dahieh district. He said such strikes would be easier and more effective, pressuring Hezbollah to force Iran to stop while preserving Israel’s option to carry out larger strikes on Iran if necessary.
