SK Hynix could list American depositary receipts (ADRs) in the U.S. as early as
August, with the SEC likely to approve the ADR listing application in the week
of June 22, people familiar with the matter said. The company said it plans to
issue ADRs in 2026 but that size and timing remain undecided. SK Hynix quietly
filed for a U.S. listing in March; a source then said the offering could raise
up to $14 bln.
