June 10 — Vanke A said holders unanimously (100%) approved extension plans for 23 Vanke MTN003 and 23 Vanke MTN004. For each holder account that voted to extend, Vanke will pay CNY100,000 on the original maturity date and pay 40% of principal plus accrued interest; the remaining 60% of principal will be rolled over for one year, with new maturities on 15 Jun 2027 and 7 Jul 2027. The two MTNs have combined outstanding principal of CNY4.0bln and accrued interest of CNY122.8m; Vanke will make near-term payments exceeding CNY1.72bln including the fixed payouts, 40% principal and related interest.
