Poland’s Energy Minister Motyka said Poland has not negotiated with its South Korean partner on a second nuclear power plant.

MOFCOM said the 12th China‑Latin America and Caribbean Infrastructure Cooperation Forum took place in Macau. Li Chenggang said China, guided by the five major initiatives Xi announced at the China‑CELAC forum’s fourth ministerial meeting, will prioritize green, low‑carbon and digital technology upgrades to China‑Latin America trade and investment. China will deepen strategic alignment, defend the multilateral trade system, and steer infrastructure cooperation toward digitalization, greening and smart infrastructure to enhance sustainability.
