Qatar’s Emirate office said Qatar’s Emir spoke by phone with US President Trump on regional and international developments, notably diplomatic efforts to ease regional tensions. They reviewed US‑Iran consultations and the resulting understanding; the proposal put forward within the negotiation framework has progressed. Trump confirmed the understanding has been approved by all relevant parties and has participation and support from several friendly states, including Qatar. Parties are continuing to finalize procedures and are preparing arrangements to announce the signing.

On June 12 Wuhan sold a small residential parcel in Donghu High‑tech Zone. Planned GFA 25,830 sqm, floor area ratio 2.65. Starting price 238.5 mln yuan (starting floor price 9,233 yuan/sqm). After 23 bidding rounds the lot was won by Wuhan Dingyuan Real Estate Development Co. for 288.5 mln yuan, implying a floor price of 11,169 yuan/sqm and a premium of 20.96%.
