Xian said China and Thailand reached an important consensus during last year’s state visit by King Vajiralongkorn and President Xi to advance a China‑Thailand community of shared destiny; China will work with Thailand to deepen mutual trust, expand cooperation and people‑to‑people exchanges, and the CPPCC will contribute to that effort. Thai officials praised China’s development, reaffirmed adherence to the One China policy and said they will implement the leaders’ consensus to push practical cooperation across sectors.
