The draft directs faster development of intermediate‑goods trade bases and cultivation of well‑known brands and chain‑leading enterprises, and supports firms’ digital transformation using industrial internet, big data and AI to raise production efficiency and product quality and to upgrade intermediate‑goods trade toward higher‑end, digital and intelligent segments.
